Kay values her deep roots in the community and she continues to carry with her the many life lessons she learned growing up here. “By working for my dad’s construction and architectural company as a teen, I developed a very strong work ethic early on,” Kay says. She carried this commitment to hard work with her during her college years, earning a degree in Interior Design with a minor in Art and Architecture. Kay then went on to work for the family business, where she further developed the skills that separate her in the business world today. Kay’s management role pushed her to look at problems from every angle in search of the best solution.
